Steak and Gravy Recipe
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or fl uff y cooked rice.
Steak and Gravy Recipe Ingredients
2 to 3 pounds round steak, trimmed of
excess fat
1 (1.3-ounce) envelope onion soup mix
4 (10.75-ounce) cans cream of
mushroom soup
Steak and Gravy Recipe Cooking process
Cut the meat into 4 x 4-inch pieces and
put the pieces in the slow cooker. Pour in
the onion soup mix and cover with all 4
cans of soup. Cover with the lid and cook
on high for 7 to 8 hours.
