Rush Hour Cook’s Pot Roast Perfection Recipe Ingredients

1 pound onions, sliced into rings

1 (12-ounce) bottle of beer

1 beef bouillon cube, crushed or 1
teaspoon beef bouillon crystals

1 teaspoon tomato paste

½ teaspoon browning and seasoning
sauce

1 (3-pound) beef roast

Place the onion in the slow cooker. Add
the beer, bouillon, tomato paste, browning
and seasoning sauce, and 1 cup water; stir
to coat the onions. Place the roast on top.
Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6

Heat a large skillet over medium heat,
and brown the chops well on both sides.
Season lightly with salt and pepper and
place in the slow cooker.
Cover with one of the following sauces:

1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of
mushroom soup

1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken
soup

1 (12- to 13-ounce) jar sweet-and-sour
sauce

1 to 2 cups barbecue sauce
