Serve the meat on good, fresh buns for a sandwich meal.

1 (3.5-pound) beef brisket, cut in half

1 cup ketchup

½ cup grape jelly

1 (1.3-ounce) envelope onion soup
mix

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

½ teaspoon steak sauce

Place half the brisket in the slow cooker.
Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Pour half the sauce over the brisket. Stack
the other brisket half in the cooker and
cover with the remaining sauce. Cover with
the lid and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours,
until very tender. Slice and serve with pot
