Beef and Beer recipe ingredients


2 pounds stew beef, trimmed of fat
and cut into cubes

1 cup all-purpose fl our

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 (10.5 ounce) cans beef consommé

1 (12 ounce) can beer

¼ teaspoon thyme

¼ teaspoon oregano

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

1 bay leaf

Beef and Beer recipe cooking process

Dredge the meat in the fl our and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium
heat and sauté the cubes until golden. Put
the meat in the slow cooker, and cover
with the consommé, beer, and seasonings.
Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8
to 10 hours.
