XO Shrimp Recipes Ingredients

11⁄2 pounds medium shrimp (35 to 3 scallions, thinly sliced 40 per pound), peeled and

2 garlic cloves, minced deveined

2 tablespoons oyster sauce 3 tablespoons XO sauce (hot or mild)

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons peanut oil

XO Shrimp Recipes Cooking description

1.Combine the shrimp, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a medium bowl, stirring until the shrimp are well coated. Set aside for 15 minutes.

2.Heat a large wok or skillet (preferably nonstick) over high heat. When it is very hot, add the peanut oil and swirl it around to coat the pan. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring and tossing constantly, until pink and firm, about 3 minutes.

3.Add the scallions and garlic; stir and toss for 30 seconds. Add the XO sauce and cook, stirring and tossing constantly, for 30 seconds, or until the sauce is bubbling. Serve immediately.XO Shrimp Recipes
